8-Day Meditation Retreat with Venerable Amarasiri

This 8-day silent meditation retreat offers an opportunity to deepen practice in a peaceful natural setting under the guidance of Venerable Amarasiri. This retreat will be held entirely in Noble Silence, creating a supportive environment for deep reflection and inner stillness. The program will include sitting and walking meditation, Dhamma talks, and individual interviews.

We look forward to practicing together in a spirit of simplicity, mindfulness, and mutual respect.

Venerable Amarasiri is a Canadian monk in the Thai Forest Tradition of Theravada Buddhism, in the lineage of Ajahn Chah. He was ordained in 2018 under Luang Por Viradhammo, the Abbot of Tisarana Buddhist Monastery in Perth, Ontario.

Under the guidance of Luang Por Viradhammo as his primary teacher, and through his dedicated long-term meditation practice & cultivation of the Buddhist path, Venerable Amarasiri brings sincere and heartfelt guidance to share during this retreat.
